Foundation Bounce is designed for those stepping onto a fitness trampoline for the first time. Over four weeks you'll develop your balance, spatial awareness, and basic jumping patterns — all while getting a genuinely effective workout. Our coaches guide every session with clear cues and modifications, so there's no pressure to keep up. By week four, you'll move with purpose and be ready to progress.
