Everything you need to know before your first class.

Do I need any experience to join a class?
None at all. Foundation Bounce is designed specifically for people with zero trampoline experience. Our coaches provide full orientation before your first session.
Is it safe if I have knee or back problems?
Rebounding is frequently recommended for people with joint issues because the trampoline absorbs impact. That said, please let your coach know about any conditions before class so they can provide appropriate modifications. If in doubt, consult your GP or physio first.
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothes and grip socks (available to purchase at reception if you forget). Trainers are not worn on the trampolines — grip socks only.
How quickly will I see results?
Most members notice cardiovascular improvements within 2–3 weeks, and body composition changes within 4–6 weeks of consistent attendance. Consistency matters more than intensity.
Do you offer corporate packages?
