Service
Pagolander is an AI-powered landing page generator. You provide product information and receive an HTML landing page with AI-generated copy. The service is provided as-is. We make no guarantee that any generated page will achieve specific conversion rates or business results.
License
Upon completing payment, you receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the generated HTML page for any commercial or non-commercial purpose. You may edit, republish, and distribute the output without restriction. Pagolander retains no rights over your generated page after delivery.
AI-generated content
Landing page copy is generated by an AI model. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. Pagolander is not liable for factual errors, misleading claims, or any other issues in the generated copy. Do not publish AI-generated content without reviewing it first.
Payment
The service costs $5.99 per page, charged as a one-time payment via Stripe. Payment is required to download the full ZIP package. A free HTML preview is available before payment. Prices may change, but any price displayed at checkout is final for that transaction.
Prohibited use
You may not use Pagolander to generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. Automated bulk generation or reselling raw outputs as a competing service is not permitted without a commercial agreement.
Intellectual property
The Pagolander platform, templates, and software are owned by Pagolander. The AI-generated content in your specific output is yours to use freely under the license granted above. Template structure and design elements remain the intellectual property of Pagolander.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pagolander is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will note the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
