What we collect
When you use Pagolander, you provide product information (product name, target audience, problem description) to generate your landing page. This data is processed temporarily to generate your page and is not stored on our servers after your session ends. If you contact us by email, we retain your email address and message to respond to your inquiry.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles all payment data and is PCI DSS compliant. We receive a transaction confirmation and the product metadata submitted at checkout (product name, niche) in order to generate your landing page copy.
Analytics
We may use basic, privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use the site (page views, feature interactions). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
Cookies
Pagolander uses only the cookies necessary for the site to function — session state and Stripe checkout. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to deliver the service (Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI generation) or as required by applicable law.
Data retention
Form data entered to generate a landing page is not persistently stored after your session. Payment transaction records are retained as required by financial regulations. Email correspondence is retained as needed to resolve your inquiry.
Your rights
You may request deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@pagolander.com. We will respond within 30 days.
