Digital download — limited refund policy

Because this is a digital product delivered instantly upon payment, refunds are only issued in specific technical failure cases — not for change-of-mind after the file has been successfully delivered.

Eligible for refund

  • ·The download link fails to work and we cannot fix it within 24 hours.
  • ·The HTML file is blank, corrupted, or cannot be opened in any browser.
  • ·The ZIP archive is empty or unreadable.
  • ·You were charged but received no download page or session link.

Not eligible for refund

  • ·You downloaded the file successfully and changed your mind.
  • ·You don't like the AI-generated copy or design (the template style is shown before payment).
  • ·You found a cheaper or different tool after purchasing.
  • ·The page doesn't match your expectations beyond what the demo preview shows.

Our process for technical issues

Before issuing a refund, we will attempt to fix the technical problem within 24 hours. Email hello@pagolander.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include your Order ID (visible on the download page). If we cannot resolve the issue, we refund in full — no further questions.

Full refund
Before work begins
Full refund, no questions asked. "Work begins" means we have received and confirmed your brief or intake questionnaire.
Partial refund
After work begins, before delivery
50% refund. Once we have started research, writing, or design based on your brief, we have invested time that cannot be recovered. We handle this case-by-case via email.
No refund
After delivery
No refund after the deliverable has been sent. However, revisions are included per your plan — we will revise until you are satisfied within the agreed scope.

How to request a refund

Email hello@pagolander.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your Order ID and a brief description of the issue. We reply within a few hours and process confirmed refunds within 5 business days via Stripe back to your original payment method.
